We are so excited for this year’s Neuroscience Acupuncture Conference!
To ensure your conference attendance is as fun and smooth as possible, please review the following important information:
1. Important next steps:
Please note, we will pre-register you for each of the three courses by 3:00 PM PT/6:00 PM ET.
You will receive a confirmation email from GoToWebinar from email address customercare@gotowebinar.com for each course. Please check the email address you used when you registered for the event. The confirmation email will list the course with title, agenda, and date and time.
You will also receive a reminder email 1 hour before the course starts so you can use the Join Webinar button to access the course.

2. Webinar Software:
We’ll be using GoToWebinar for all presentations. You can check system requirements here: https://support.goto.com/webinar/system-check-attendee-av or you can attend all sessions using the GoToWebinar app for iOS or Android.
Please note, you will need to download the GoToWebinar software, if you haven’t used this software already, so give yourself 5-10 minutes before the course starts.
Once you access the webinar, you will see a menu on the right-hand side that gives you access to the Handouts and allows you to ask Questions.

Slides: Please locate the protected link to the slides for this conference within the email sent to you at 5:00 AM, PST on Thursday, February 17, 2022. If you are unable to find the email in your inbox, please contact us at info@nacseries.com.
Webinar Recordings: The unedited webinar recordings will be made available within 2 hours of course completion. Please allow up to 6 hours for Dr. Poney Chiang’s Saturday session.

5. CEU/PDA process:
To make your CEU/PDA flawless it is important to stay logged in during the Live feed of the course. Once each course is complete you must complete the evaluation/survey for CEU/PDA credit and certificate. The information gathered in the forms will import into your certificate. Please make sure you have your license numbers available when filling out the evaluation forms.
